The study of evaluation of the growth performances of lewe (muna si L.) using a direct top-feeding hydroponic system was conducted on the wmd neder of A.Y. 2019-2020 at Purok Mabinuligo, Barangay Zone 2, Koronadal City. The study aims to assess the growth and development response of lettuce using a direct feeding type hydroponic system, Another purpose is to compare the growth of katas in both conventional farming and hydroponic Setup. There were two set-ups in the study: the hydroponic and conventional systems. Over a period of 30 days, plant height, plant weight, root length, and the number of leaves were measured in both systems. The longest ical length was measured over ten days. Further analyses were done using analysis of variance, single factor, an rendition showed that plants in the hydroponic system have the maximum plant height and highest number of leaves at all dates. The plant height, plant weight, and number of leaves in the hydroponic system were significantly different from the conventional system. On the other hand, the two set-ups are not significantly different in terms of longest legal length and root length, Thus, plants in hydroponic systems have greater yield and grow faster than conventional set-ups.
