This study has a number of significant implications. To begin with, the findings of this study had a direct impact on the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in terms of financial aid and psychological support. Second, rather than focusing solely on enhancing the learning process, the study suggested that the institution should consider other internal and external factors.
