This research aimed to determine the financial performance analysis of selected aquaculture businesses before and during Covid-19 pandemic in General Santos City. The researchers of this study used descriptive method with quantitative approaches study to determine. Purposive sampling was used to choose the members of the respondents, wherein five (5) selected aquaculture businesses managers or accountant were asked to participate in this study. The researchers used a self -made questionnaire in gathering the data; frequency count and percentage, mean, t-test for dependent samples is employed in treating the data. The gathered data showed that most of the respondents are in the business operation for 4-6 years in a form of sole proprietorship with more than 13 employees. The data collected from annual audited financial statements data from 2019 until 2020 to determine company's performance before and during the pandemic respectively. Data before and during Covid-19 are compared using t-test to analyze the significance of financial performance changes. The data gathered revealed that there is no significant difference in terms of profitability ratio and overall performance ratio of aquaculture businesses in General Santos.
