COLLABORATIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP, DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT AND ENTREPRENEURIAL PERFORMANCE OF MICRO BUSINESSES IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the effects of collaborative entrepreneurship and diversity management on entrepreneurial performance of micro businesses in General Santos City. A random sampling method was used to select the respondents and the participants were determined from the official list of registered micro businesses in General Santos City from the Business Permits & Licenses Division. A survey design was applied by the researchers, wherein a questionnaire for both face to face online were prepared and that 60 respondents were selected to answer the survey questionnaire. Results reveal that the collaborative entrepreneurship, both external and internal collaboration, and the diversity management has a moderate influence on entrepreneurial performance of micro business in General Santos City. This was supported by their size of influence of 0.697221, 0.60985163 and 0.64423 respectively.
