The objectives of these study is to determine what is the impact of inventory management practices to the organizational performance of selected micro, small and medium scale fishing supplies in General Santos City in order to help business owners what is inventory management, the certain inventory management practices, they're importance and whether it would improve the business' organizational performance. In order to address this problem, we, the researchers, analyzed data gathered from a total of 22 (twenty two) micro, small and medium scale fishing supplies and was based on a descriptive-correctional design. An adapted- modified questionnaire was used as the data-gathering instrument in the study. Our results showed a positive and a significant relationship between inventory management practices and organizational performance in focusing in cost reduction and customer retention. The study shows a grand mean of 3.23 while the level or organizational performance in terms of cost reduction has a mean of 4.57 and a mean of 4.39 in terms of customer retention. The study concludes that inventory management practices affect the organizational performance of micro, small and medium scale fishing supplies in General Santos City. This study emphasizes that a business must have a good inventory management practice to incorporate for any business to have an excellent performance throughout its operations.
