This paper analyzed how entrepreneurial personality, utilization of technology, and government support can influence business resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic through crisis management of micro, small, and medium- sized enterprises (MSMEs) in General Santos City. To answer this question, we examined the data gathered from 340 micro entities, 33 small entities, and 16 medium entities using frequency distribution, measures of central tendency using weighted mean, and Pearson correlation. Our results showed a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial personality and crisis management. Results also revealed a positive and significant relationship between the utilization of technology and crisis management. However, there is no significant relationship between government support and crisis management. The results also proved that there is no significant relationship between crisis management and business resilience. The study shows that the factor of government support for micro, small, and medium enterprises has the lowest weighted mean while the entrepreneurial characteristics have the highest. From a safety perspective, this study emphasizes that entrepreneurship is very important in every business, especially to pay attention to customer willingness and expectations as a main principle in business, including understanding consumers, and innovation and creativity that continues to be improved, to maintain the existence of a business during the crisis.
