This study aims to determine the effectiveness of inventory control during COVID-19 pandemic among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bula, General Santos City. The study specifically answers the following: the demographic profile of the respondents, the influence of the factors affecting inventory control in terms of funding, stock documentation, staff skill and experience, and bureaucratic procurement procedures, and the effectiveness of inventory control during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of profitability, waste minimization and organizational competitiveness, and if there is a significant relationship between the factors influencing inventory control and the effectiveness of inventory control. The study uses a quantitative research design, wherein a questionnaire was used to collate data. The researchers used purposive sampling in getting the sample size. Consequently, 61 respondents were selected to answer the questionnaire. Results revealed that funding, staff skill and experience and bureaucratic procurement procedures were influential. At the same time, the stock documentation is said to be neither influential no uninfluential on the effectiveness of inventory control. Second, inventon control was found to be effective in attaining profitability, minimizing wastages, and ensuring organizational competitiveness of micro, small an medium enterprises in Bula, General Santos City. Lastly, there is significant relationship between the factors affecting inventory control an the effectiveness of inventory control.
