COMPARATIVE STUDY ON POLITICAL LEADERSHIP STYLES OF MAGUINDANAON OF BARANGAY SAPU MASLA, MALAPATAN SARANGANI PROVICE: 2015-2021

Leaders must possess empathy, the ability to inspire, strong communication skills and pride in their community. Effective leaders are problem solvers who involve all members of their teams. They get people to work together toward a common goal. They focus on building effectiveness the ability to get things done. The aim of this study was to compare the political leadership styles of Maguindanaon of barangay Sapu Masla, Malaptan Sarangani province in the year of 2015 to 2021, as well as the as well as providing strategic thematic in understanding the concept of political leadership applicable to a certain community, the Socio Demographic Profile of the respondents and the achievements of political leaders since 2015-2021. Therefore, this focus on the common political style of implementing good governance and determine the concept of political leadership among the Maguindanaon Leaders.
