THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FVR VILLAGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY FATIMA GENERAL SANTOS CITY

This paper serves to fulfill the partial requirements for the undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Arts in History. As such, the same seeks to follow strictly the procedures and guidelines laid down by the program and by the Panel, respectively.
This paper started with the Thesis Proposal containing Chapter One which is composed of the Introduction and Statement of the Problem, Chapter Two which presents the Review of Related Literature, and Chapter Three which is composed of the Methodology arranged according to the proper conduct of gathering data
The second part of this paper is expected to contain the Presentation and Analysis of Data, Summary and Conclusion of Findings, References, and Appendices. Unfortunately, during the Gathering of Data, the supervening Covid 19 Pandemic and rage abruptly put a stop by way of prohibition the conduct of such activity. As a consequence thereof, the Mindanao State University Board of Regent passed the Resolution No. 4-R, series of 2020 providing for the giving of passing grades to all students which includes, among others, Theses Requirements with the proviso that the same will be complied later in order for the concerned students to get their Transcript of Records. Realizing that the Pandemic does not have a definite end vis-a-vis the completion of the conduct of gathering data by face to face interview and Focus Group Discussion is totally disallowed would prejudice the interest of the student, the Department of History decided to consider the Transcript of Interviews and their respective Summaries as substitute hereof. Hence, this hardbound copy containing incomplete primary source.
