The GKK San Andres of Purok 12A is one of the GKKS under the pastoral care of Our Lady of Fatima Parish. Before the parish was established in Barangay Fatima, the residents in Purok 12A were members of Holy Cross Parish Calumpang. Until the Diocese of Marbel stimulated the creation of GKK or Gagmayng Kristohanong Katilingban, GKK San Andres was established. The concern of this study was the creation of GKK San Andres and its importance among its members and parish. This study will also determine the constraints and the adequate attention that was undertaken to carry on the GKK. In order to answer these problems, the Key Informant Interview and Document Analysis method were used, wherein the researcher interviewed the present and former GKK officers, members, and the Parish GKK Ministry Coordinator and analyzed the available document presented. The results revealed that GKK San Andres was established in 2005 after the Diocese of
Marbel stirred up the establishment of GKK. Due to the distance of the Holy Cross Parish, Calumpang, the residents of Purok 12A requested the establishment of their own GKK and named it San Andres. It was found out that the GKK in the area is significant for its members due to its role in the kingly, prophetic and priestly mission of the Catholic Church. As years passed, the GKK San Andres faced different challenges and created solutions to keep the GKK strong and the people's faith.
