INFLUENTIAL PERSONALITIES OF BARANGAY CONEL, GENERAL SANTOS CITY

The study aims to investigate the influence of a personality in the field of the Political aspects, Economic aspects, and Religious aspects. The research objective is to provide information regarding the significant contribution of the chosen people that drives the improvement or development of the barangay Conel and the lives of the people who lived among them. This study's lack of narrative reports inspires the researcher to choose and pursue the topic. The researcher used the Interviewer-Interviewee method to utilize a standardized instrument as a primary data gathering tool. The respondents of the study were the constituents of the Barangay Conel.
The study results show that the influential personalities of the barangay were good leaders in their own way. The identified influential personalities in Barangay Conel who made significant ontributions in terms of political aspects were Antonio Busano, Concepcion Lagare Concepcion, and Luciano Oray Palma; Agusto Adante, Gary Salas Pugusa, Redentor Paraiso Falle in terms of religious aspects; while Antonia Opog Baguio, the Racoma brothers: Perfecto and Sofronio, and Leopoldo Figuera in terms of economic aspects.
