This study aimed to know the intercultural communicative competence of the young Indonesians in Purok Quilantang Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City to improve the used of their English language that will make them expanded liberalize one's experiences, and make one more flexible and tolerant in the economic industry. Specifically, this study explored 3 categories to know the intercultural communicative competence of the Young Indonesians. There were 10 Young Indonesians who participated in the study. All of the tests except the dictation test and writing an application letter were all multiple choice questions. And, as it utilized standardized communicative competence by Ruth-Maggudayao (2017) as a test material for the Young Indonesians' intercultural communicative competence. It was revealed that their linguistics competence in the Dictation test shows 50% out of n=10 respondents obtained modest; While, discourse competence utilized word appropriacy test had a (60%) out of n=10 respondents are limited, 3 (30%) are fair, and 1 (10%) is in modest level. Consequently, in sociolinguistic competence, which utilized Writing an application Test, the respondent got (50%) out of n=10 respondents are fair and 5 (50%) are modest. It is therefore essential to note the respondents' listening skills, writing skills and weaknesses. Also, as the result showed that the intercultural communicative competence of the young Indonesian is still unwary and needs a further improvement.
