Vampires are known as beautiful creatures in Vampire Literature. Their presence has been constant in literature and film since the 1897 publication of Bram Stoker's Dracula. In Vampire fiction, there are so many descriptions of vampires and while there are no rules for an author to follow when creating a vampire character. This study utilized Formalistic Approach highlighting the main characterters' similarities, portrayals, and afflictions. The results showed that the main characters have similarities when it comes to physical strengths, complexion of their skin and immortality. They also portrayed a big role in the society somehow similar to a villain, but looking at their past will help in understanding where they come from. The characters also afflict other characters in the film by showing their strong influence and wit. This study emphasizes the need to recognize that vampire literarure plays an important role in the society and also in literature itself.
