EXPERIENCING IKIGAI: PAINS IN THE POEMS IF PABLO NERUDA

The research is qualitative and includes content analysis. The imagery, symbol, tone, and persona in the poem were discovered using a Formalistic technique. After defining the persona, the researchers utilized Hector Garcia's framework to determine each persona's ikigai. The results suggest that by utilizing a formalistic approach, the poems were effective in identifying imagery, symbolism, tone, and persona. The personas in the poem discovered their ikigai as a result of formalism and applying Hector Garcia's framework. Realities in human life are present in the poem, such as love, impermanence, supremacy, and beauty, which are frequent in realities and human existence. The love ten poems of Pablo Neruda are an effective material to explore the Ikigai of the persona in the poems.
