Web-Based Application: Reinforced Concrete Construction Estimates Calculator

     Construction cost estimating is a cumbersome process. It takes a long time for an estimator to complete an accurate estimate and construction contractors must prepare cost estimates quite often in order to prepare bids for new projects. This web-based application is developed to make the process of reinforced concrete construction cost estimating simpler and more intuitive by incorporating visualization technology both for the researcher and for practitioners. The study leads to a deeper understanding of the basic principles and concepts in computing construction estimates. This research will provide an alternative free of charge in calculating construction estimates.
