The study on the effects of different levels kapok (Cieba pentandra) seed meal on the growth performance of native chickens was conducted at the College of Agriculture poultry project from September 30,2017-November 29,2017. A total of 36 heads of native chickens were distributed with three treatments replicated three times. Four birds were assigned to each replication in a Complete Randomized Design (CRD). There was a significant difference recorded in this study. In the terms feed consumption, birds in T1 with 0% KSM obtained the highest final weight of 1.02 kg and consumed feed with a total of 4.19 kg. Birds fed with 5% was next with a highest body weight gain of 1.01 kg and terms of feed consumed the highest consumption of 4.16 kg, followed by the birds fed with 10% KSM obtained 4.16 kg in body weight and in terms of feed consumed 1.01 kg feeds. The birds has a mortality 5.56% during the experimental on November 22, 2017. Birds in T3 10% KSM is the highest IOFCC which is 13.47/bird while the T2 5% KSM 10.95/bird and the pure commercial ration in terms of feed consumption is the highest (4.19) were the lowest converter of feeds into meat of with income of 10.62.
