The researcher developed a project display that uses optical illusions using rotating RGB LEDs that will exactly blink at a specific time in a specific position to form an image. The developed project can be wirelessly manipulated through an android device via Bluetooth. It can be obtained through the use of an obstacle sensor or magnetic sensor which can determine the exact position of the etched printed board or the so-called propeller. The researcher achieved 3 out of 4 objectives, one is to develop a POV display using RGB LED, two is to display text using POV that can be manipulated by an Android Application, and three is to develop an Android Application that communicates with the rotating RGB LED display. The researcher failed to display real-time analog clock which is one of the objectives of the study.
