THE EFFECTS OF SPRAYING BAKING YEASTS AND MOLASSES TO THE GROWTH AND YIELD OF RADISH (Raphanus sativus)

This study was conducted under MSU Campus, Fatima, General Santos City from March to May 2017. A Completely Randomized Design (CDR) wa used in this study with four treatments replicated three times, as follows: T1- control; T2- 10 g-yeast+990ml, T310 g molasses+990ml; T4-10 g yeast mixed with 10 g molasses+980ml. The effect of foliar of baking yeast and molasses was not remarkable in the growth and yield of radish in this study. The high rate of vermicast applied to all treatments would have been sufficient that would not warrant additional enhancing effects of yeast and molasses treatment.
