This study was conducted at Sigay Kauyagan Center Area, Mindanao State University Fatima Campus, General Santos City from March 2018 to April 2018 in order to evaluate the effect of organic supplements in the growth and yield of pechay. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD)). Comparisons among means were done using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) to determine the specific significant differences among treatment means. With five treatments replicated three times. The organic supplements which serve as the treatments were as follows: T7 - Control; T2 - Yeast; T3. Fermented Fruit Juice (FFJ); T4 Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ); T5 Fish Amino Acid (FAA). The result revealed that all organic supplements as a foliar fertilizer such as; yeasts, fermented fruit juice, fermented plant juice, and fish amino acid applied had significantly improved the plant height and plant weight of pechay, but not on the number of leaves wherein statistical analysis implies no significant effect. It can be noted in this study that the use of yeast had improved the plant height and plant weight by 85% against the control (T1), 45% against the fermented fruit juice (T3), fermented plant juice (T4), and fish amino acid (T5) accordingly. The result of this study suggested that the yeast be used as a better source of foliar fertilizer for the growth and development of pechay, and also this is the easiest way to apply on the crops and to ensure future sustainable eco-friendly agriculture practices. Further study is recommended using another crop and other treatment combination
