The study was conducted at College of Agriculture Nursery area, Mindanao State University, General Santos City from March to May 2019 to evaluate the efficacy of aloe Vera extracts as root enhancer to dragon fruit cuttings as influenced by different time of soaking. The experiment was carried out using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments replicated four times with three samples each replication. The treatments are as follows. Treatment 1. Control (soaking with water), Treatment 2 - (dipping). Treatment 3 - (1 hour soaking), Treatment 4 - (2 hours saking), Treatment 5- (3 hours soaking). Results of the study revealed that the treatments using different time of soaking of dragon fruit cuttings on aloe Vera crude extracts have no significant difference in all data such as plant height, number of shoots, percent survival, number of primary roots and length of roots. However, aloe Vera crude extracts can be used in dragon fruit cuttings at one-hour soaking.
