The study focused on the Health Condition and Well-being of the ALS teachers in Fatima District. The purpose of this study is to find out the positive aspects of Improving the Health and Well-being of the ALS Teachers and to provide comprehensive knowledge related to Health condition and Well-being. The respondents of this study were determined through purposive sampling. It involves all five (18) ALS Teachers from the Fatima District who are officially teaching at Fatima Uhaw General Santos City during the school year of 2019-2020.

The result of this study revealed that the teachers are often tired because of many works and concerns. They also cannot go to sleep immediately or they encounter troubles in sleeping. Nonetheless, they have minimal problems with their respiratory and vision. The teachers have very high level of well-being. The health conditions of the teachers do not influence their wellbeing.
