INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PROMOTIVE FACTORS IN TEACHER SCHOOL PERFORMANCE WITH ANCILLARY DESIGNATIONS OF ROMANA C. ACHARON CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Abstract

Before entering the actual teaching service and profession, teachers went through practice teaching training, and each day provided vital experience that helped them become a better professional teacher someday and perform their duties to the best of their ability. This study sought to identify and to have an in-depth understanding on the involvement and impact of ancillary designations to the teaching performance of every teacher in Romana C. Acharon Central Elementary School.

Internal and external promotive and restraining factors in performance with ancillary designation at Romana C. Acharon Central Elementary School year 2019-2020 were investigated. The respondents were chosen through purposeful sampling. The procedure of the study and the details of the progressive development of the study that was conducted in a step-by-step manner. A thematic analysis was performed using Quirkos Software.

The impact of resilience in teacher effectiveness was investigated in this research. The concept of resilience was determined to be a multidimensional, socially created concept that was relative, dynamic, and developmental in nature in the discourse of teaching as emotional practice. The paper was based on research that looked at career- long differences in teacher dedication and effectiveness.
