The study was conducted to serve as a baseline data for the indigenous mushroom in Brgy. Kinilis, Polomolok, South Cotabato. The survey and collection of different indigenous mushrooms were done from March to April 2018. A transect line was marked to identify the sampling longitude and latitude. 10m west, 10m east and 100m north. The sampling site has an elevation of 1,410, and an average temperature of 27.8°C. The collected mushrooms were identified on their morphological, macroscopic, physiological and ecological features. The results of the survey revealed a total of 11 species of mushrooms belonging to 6 families, that is, 1 Phanerochaete family, 1 Auricularia Ceae family, 5 Polyporaceae family, 1 Stereaceae family, 1 Lentinaceae family an Psathyrellaceae family. In 100 m x 20 m area 2 mushrooms were found to the west and 8 mushrooms were found to the east.
