Abstract

This paper evaluates the level of satisfaction of the SK members about SK officials' performance and identifies which factors affect the SK members' satisfaction. Eighty-six (86) members, composed of male and female, under the age bracket of fifteen (15) - twenty nine (29) years old using the stratified random sampling served as a respondent.

It used a quantitative research design to evaluate the respondents' level of satisfaction with SK leaders' performance. In the analysis of data, descriptive and inferential statistic was used in the study.

The results showed that the SK members' are only partially satisfied with the performance of Sangguniang Kabataan. It is shown in the data that 15.12% of the respondents were classified as the most active participants having participated in more than 10 activities. The perception of SK members towards SK leaders has a total average mean of 2.82, this generally means that their overall perception has a verbal interpretation of partially agree. Partially agree indicates an average level of perception of SK members with the SK leaders. The finding also reveals that SK members were aware of the implemented programs of the SK leaders with a total average mean of 3.54.

For the regression results between the four (4) independent variables and the SK members' satisfaction are not statistically significant, as evidenced in F ratio of 2.286 with a sig F of 0.067. However, it has been shown in the table that the educational level has a p-value below 0.05. This means that only the educational level positively correlated to the satisfaction level of SK members.
